At Life Is Golden, every order is made with care, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we make returns simple.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes anything personalized with a dog’s name, breed, photo, or custom artwork.
If we make an error (wrong item, wrong size, printing issue), we’ll remake it for you at no cost.
Non-Custom Items — Easy Returns
We offer easy returns on all non-custom products.
How it works:

Send the unused item back to our return address.

Once received, you’ll receive either a refund or an exchange — your choice.
We refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it immediately at no cost — no return required. Just send a photo and your order number.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, we will help track it and follow carrier policies on replacements.
Custom Design Fees
Custom design fees are payment for artwork time and are non-refundable, even if you choose not to order the final product.
