“How one dog started a movement”
Navigating the relentless pressures of a demanding career, the ceaseless buzz of a hyper-connected digital world, and the intricate dance of modern fatherhood can be overwhelmingly challenging. In the whirlwind of daily responsibilities and digital notifications clamoring for our attention, it’s alarmingly easy to neglect our own well-being. It took years of battling through the fog of stress and constant busyness to recognize that my own mental and physical health had deteriorated to a breaking point.
Amidst this chaos, my dog, Enzo emerged as a gateway to groundedness. Our walks became sacred rituals. With each mile, I shed the weight of expectations and found clarity. The simple act of walking together reconnected me with the natural world and opened up new conversations with strangers, turning everyday paths into journeys of recovery and discovery.
This personal transformation ignited a passion in me to understand the leading science behind health and happiness. The findings laid the groundwork for Life Is Golden.
I hope that our artwork spreads joy and that the platform can serve as a hub for connection, where community members share their stories and find inspiration in the journey of others.
Our Commitment To Giving Back
Each purchase fuels donations to Canine Companions, one of the most well respected service dog training and placements organizations in the country. To date they have provided over 7,000 dogs to people in need at no cost.

Meet Enzo
Enzo is inspiration behind the Life Is Golden Company. When he's not training or doing nose work, you'll find Enzo on the trials, at Nantasket Beach, in his vintage cafe racer sidecar and hanging proudly out the back window of our 4Runner.
Fun Fact: Enzo has been known to run a 3 min mile and has been clocked @ 27mph
